This is simply just a fun competition to give away some prizes. it's nothing serious.

Competition is open to anyone the world over

Its simple 😌

Once it's open for entry, post a video on Instagram and/or Facebook, of your favourite ever stonelift that you have done ✔️
You must put in the reasons why it's your favourite, and why it stands out.
You must tag @bigsexygrandad101 and @maximumiron in the post.
You must share it, and tag two other stonelifters.

Our favourite will be picked at The McGregor Games on the 14th of April, and prizes will be posted thereafter.
