30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order details, or proof of purchase.

How to return/exchange an item

To return an item, please email maximumironinfo@gmail.com with return/exchange in the subject field. Please also include as much info as you can about your order. If you are exchanging a size, please include the size you would like to change to. Please note that returned products need to be in an unused, and re-sellable condition, and in the original packaging. We will then give you details of where to return your item/s. 

All returns are at the customer's expense.

We recommend using a tracked service when sending your product/s back to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that go missing. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for magazines that have been damaged in transit. We will however try to get you a refund via the transit company used. Magazines are limited edition, and a non profit item. 

Custom products (such as special orders, or personalised items).

Sale items or Gift Cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
