Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

We use 2 flat rates for postage and packaging. 

  • Small up to 750g
  • Large 751g - 20kg 

The price on the shipping label can be more, or less than what you paid. This is because we are using a simplified delivery process, with only 2 options. The cost of packaging is also included with delivery, and orders are processed manually. As our business grows we will hopefully be able to upgrade our delivery offerings.

Order processing may take slightly longer in busy periods, as everything is done manually. If for any reason your order will take longer than expected then we will notify you ASAP.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maximum Iron LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
